This unit has function on environment protection and solvent recovery. It is designed on solvent level in VOC emission by customer's facility. Each unit is designed according to the solvent by selecting relevant activated carbon, for example, Acetone carbon for recovering acetone in VOC, gasoline carbon for gas station, toluene carbon for recovering toluene.
Carbon is saturated with solvent in VOC. Steam is used to heat carbon to de-adsorb solvent, which is condensed later.
This unit is non-standard equipment which consists of fan, pre-treatment of VOC, carbon bed, condenser, automatic valve, control system.
According to customers' requirement this unit may be automatic controlled or manual controlled and safety operation training can be provided after service.
This is designated to adsorb solvent at low boiling point. Carbon assortment is decided by the solvent selected. VOC needs to be pretreated prior to carbon bed such as bag filter, washing, control of moisture and purification on dust, high boiling point and other impurities. Then VOC passes through carbon bed with solvent adsorbed and air vented. Steam de-adsorbs solvent and is condensed later.
Process composes of 4-step treatment, adsorption, de-adsorption, cooling-down and drying. The first 2 treatments are necessary. The later 2 treatments are subject to carbon and property of solvent.
As fan turns on, at least one gate closes. Until current is stable, gate is opened slowly to position. In case of multi-fan, at least close one gate of this fan prior to turning off fan. It is to prevent backward flow.

This unit can recover benzene, toluene ,chlorobenzene, #150 oil solvent, mettand, ethand acetone, formicacid, and gasolineete. by selecting different kind activatedd carbon.
